Support can include content updates, practical maintenance, improvements and performance checks. We agree what help is needed for your website. Care plans are optional; the build packages should not be read as including every future update.
Working out the right scope
Send your website address, how it is currently managed and the changes you need. If another team built it, we’ll first need to understand the setup before agreeing what we can support. Bigger changes may be better treated as a separate development or redesign project.
Know what you’re asking for
A short list of recurring updates and current issues is a useful starting point. We can discuss the support scope and costs from there. Hosting and infrastructure requirements are a separate consideration for complex builds.
